Q: What makes Gym Doctors the best choice?
A: Our experienced staff of twelve full-time factory trained service professionals sets us apart from our competitors. We can meet the requirements of any job, and unlike some of our competitors our business and staff are truly manufacturer certified.

Q: What are our rates?
A: For residential customers our on-site standard rate is $179 for the first hour (One hour labor plus $79 metropolitan area travel fee), and $100 per hour thereafter, billed in 15 minute intervals.
For commercial clients, our on-site standard rate is $149 for the first hour, and $100 per hour thereafter.
Shop rate is $100 per hour with a one hour minimum.

Q: What if a return visit is required to complete a repair?
A: We’ll waive any additional labor charge and you’ll only be responsible for the $79 metropolitan area travel fee.

Q: Do the travel fees change if I am located outside the immediate metropolitan San Francisco Bay Area or Sacramento?
A: If you are located within our service territory, but outside our primary metropolitan service areas, additional travel fees will be charged based on your location.
